Custom gear manufacturing
We accept orders for manufacturing of industrial metal gears, spur, helical, bevel, worm, spiral, with involute and hypoid tooth shape, with external and internal gearing. Gears made of metal or plastic. We use such materials: steel, iron, bronze, aluminum, caprolon, textolite, etc. We provide heat treatment: total hardening, carburizing, carbonitriding, nitriding. And there is also the possibility of grinding surfaces and shaving, chemical oxidation.

Our company ensures quality and timely execution of work at a reasonable price, confirmed by certificates. Our factory - production of gears located in Ukraine, but the same can be exported, we are working with customers from Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Germany, Kazakhstan, etc.
The cost of custom gear manufacturing
We estimate the cost and time of manufacture of gear within 2-3 working days from receipt of request (drawings, samples or photos showing the main dimensions). For an additional cost, we can perform chemical analysis of metal for your sample and make a drawing. We are waiting for your orders!
